A Message from the Finance Committee:

November is Stewardship month.  As United Methodists, we promise to faithfully participate in the ministries of the church with our prayers, our presence, our gifts, our service and our witness.   As we move through the month, let’s focus on one of these pillars each week as it relates to stewardship.  Previous weeks:  Prayer, Presence, Gifts, Service

Witness – While our 4 other pillars can be done within our church walls, Witness often requires you to step outside the safety of those walls.  It may be as simple as leading a life that shows integrity, compassion, inclusiveness, and love which embodies your Christian faith and beliefs.  When you are asked “how are you?” your response can be one of faith.  When you are given too much change at a store, do you make the correction?  If you were arrested for being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict you?

VANCO Users:  The Thanksgiving and Christmas offering tabs are available for use thru the website.  Thank you for giving.
